All of our cafes offer a range of pastries and delicious baked goods from our friends at Williston Coffee Shop. Miss Weinerz supplies doughnuts on Wednesdays and weekends. We also make some things in house. Other than what you see here we also source many of our ingredients from local farms.

Scout ONE:

  • Waffles – Comes with Vermont Maple syrup and house cultured butter. Add fresh jam (plum, rhubarb, or raspberry) and/or creme fraiche.
  • Wafflegatos – Waffle, scoop of smoked maple and sea salt ice cream (or whichever flavor you wish) on top, and a double shot of espresso to top it off.
  • Muesli – Seeds, Flowers, and dried blueberries. Available hot or cold.
  • House Yogurt –  Add maple, jam, or muesli.
  • Chia Seed Porridge – Buttermilk, pepitas, blueberries, hibiscus maple.

Scout Innovation Center:

  • Yogurt Parfait –  House granola, nuts, berries, local honey.
  • Chia Seed Porridge Buttermilk, pepitas, blueberries, hibiscus maple.
  • Build Your Own Toast – house cultured butter, house jam, honey, nut butter.
  • Breakfast Tacos – Corn tortilla, cilantro crema, farm eggs, choice of chorizo or mushroom.
  • Breakfast Sandwich – kaiser roll or english muffin, aged cheddar or american. Add ham, bacon, sausage, kimchi.
  • 2 Egg Breakfast  Farm egg scrambled or fried, toast or english muffin, ham or bacon or sausage or kimchi.
  • Cheeseburger – English muffin, pickles, dijonaise.
  • Grilled Cheese – Aged cheddar or american, side of cider mustard.
  • Turkey Sandwich – Cranberry aioli, greens, havarti, bacon, pickled red onion.
  • Smoked Pork Reuben – 1000 island, swiss, kimchi.
  • Chicken Salad Wrap – Apples, celery, herb aioli.
  • Mushroom Swiss Melt – roasted mushroom, swiss, caramelized onions, arugula.
  • Avocado Toast – local bread, smashed avocado, olive oil. add fried egg.
  • Baby Kale Caesar – Hard cooked egg, herb bread crumb, blythsdale grana.
  • Winter Salad – Beets, apples, pepitas, greens, radish, buttermilk dressing, local blue cheese.
